"UT UNUM SINT" è il pensiero dominante e ispiratore sul quale si è basata la progettazione e costruzione del "Tempio di Cristo Re", dell'ebanista napoletano Vincenzo Pandolfi (1905-2005)
L'opera, iniziata dall'autore all'età di 70 anni e ultimata all'età di 98 poco prima della morte, è un progetto in scala 1:200 in vari legni pregiati.
L'idea del maestro è quella di far confluire, accogliere, unificare e orientare tutti gli uomini di ogni confessione e religione del mondo in una sola grande Chiesa, verso Cristo unica "Via, Verità e Vita".
Quest'opera, oltre a profondere tutte le qualità e competenza artistiche e creative dell'autore, costituisce anche la culla del dialogo tra le religioni, ipotizzando l'abolizione di tutte le guerre al fine di giungere alla pace universale.

‘UT UNUM SINT’ is the dominant and inspiring thought on which the design and construction of the ‘Temple of Christ the King’ by Neapolitan cabinetmaker Vincenzo Pandolfi (1905-2005) was based.
The work, begun by the author at the age of 70 and completed at the age of 98 shortly before his death, is a 1:200 scale project in various precious woods.
The master's idea is to bring together, welcome, unify and guide all men of every faith and religion in the world into one great Church, towards Christ, the only ‘Way, Truth and Life’.
This work, in addition to showcasing all the artistic and creative qualities and skills of the author, also constitutes the cradle of dialogue between religions, hypothesising the abolition of all wars in order to achieve universal peace.
